Divorcenters, Inc. is a Florida corporation, registered under document number P20000026825 on Sunbiz Florida Corporations as an active corporation. Divorcenters is a legal document company as defined in Chapter Rule 10-2.1(b) of the Rules Regulating the Florida Bar defines a paralegal as a person who works under the supervision of a member of The Florida Bar and who performs specifically delegated substantive legal work for which a member of The Florida Bar is responsible. Only persons who meet the definition may call themselves paralegals. Divorcenter’s mediators are not paralegals, as defined by the rule and cannot call himself/herself a paralegal. Mediators associated with Divorcenters can be found on the Florida Dispute Resolution Center website http://drc.flcourts.org/MediatorSearch/NameSearch  and are certified by the Florida Supreme Count Dispute Resolution Center.

                Divorcenter’s employees and mediators are considered as a nonlawyer’s and may not give legal advice, cannot tell you what your rights or remedies are, cannot tell you how to testify in court, and cannot represent you in court.  Employees and mediators working for Divorcentrers may only type the factual information provided by you in writing into the blanks on the form. Except for typing, the Nonlawyer name, may not tell me what to put in the form and may not complete the form for you. However, if using a form approved by the Supreme Court of Florida, a Nonlawyer may ask me factual questions to fill in the blanks on the form and may also tell me how to file the form.

                All Services provided by Divorcenter’s are subject to the terms and conditions of the following Payment Agreement I hereby agree to render payment for preparation of documents plus any court and service costs which are in addition to the costs of document preparation. If a deposit is required, the balance is to be paid when the documents are sent for review, but no later than 30 days from initial interview. I have been informed that after the client interview process has been started that the down payment will be forfeited if contract is canceled. That once the paperwork has been started, even though I change my mind and do not proceed with the divorce, that the entire payment listed above is due and payable. There are no refunds. Our service is on-line only, we do not provide in office service. Documents which have been prepared and not filed will be discarded after 90 days. Documents which are not signed, and balance paid for after 30 days of notice of completion will incur a service charge monthly. If client fails to pay for paperwork that has been completed, the balance due will be charged to any credit card on file. If the Petitioner files a dispute which results is a reversal of funds received there will be a service fee charged to the account. If the Petitioner or Respondent fail to provide information or sign documents provided to them within 30 days, the completed documents will be sent to the customer and the file will be closed as completed. Any documents that have been completed, and either party requests changes or corrections, they will be billed at the rate of $75.00 per form, or 125.00 per hour whichever is greater.

               Divorcenters, Inc. is a document company only and is not responsible for delays caused by other service providers. I agree that any inquiries as to the status or information changes in your case will only be handled by e-mail for security reasons All inquires as to the status or information changes will be handled by email only. Messages left with phone operators will be invoiced at cost.  All inquiries received after the case has been filed in court will be directed to the court system in which the case was filed.
